How do I know what size I need?
Give us the height and diameter of your bottle or a picture with the label visible and we’ll help you select the best size to protect your glass. The more snug the fit the less filler you’ll need to keep it secure during transit.
What materials do you offer?
We have a wide variety of paper stock including kraft, sbs, coated, recycled and rigid boards. For extra durability we also offer corrugated boxes to keep your glass safe during shipping. We can help you choose the right material for your budget and specific needs.
Do you have a MOQ?
We have a low MOQ(100 units) so that new wineries can order their first boxes without committing to a large print run.
What printing options do you offer?
If you have a short print run or need intricate detail, then digital is a great option. If you’ve got a bigger print run or want a very sharp image, offset printing is a good choice. We also offer foil, spot uv or embossing on top of your printed design. Just let us know when you order.
How long does it take to produce my order?
Production time varies depending on the style, quantity and materials you choose. We’ll be able to confirm a time-frame for you once you’ve approved your proof.
Description
Custom Wine Boxes That Make Every Bottle Worth Opening
The custom wine box transforms a bottle into a memory. It’s designed for brands that sell to wineries and distillers, for retailers, and for gift brands, to assure their bottle looks the part and arrives safely in the bottle. The right box not only keeps glass safe during transit, but also takes your brand to every shelf and doorstep, and makes the buyer want to hold onto the box. Selling one signature bottle, or a set of them, the box takes care of a lot of the selling for you. From one bottle to a whole case, our Custom Beverage Packaging work is all encompassing.
Why Wine Brands Invest in Packaging
This is a shipping carton which protects a bottle, but has nothing to say about who made it. Branded packaging does that.
- Brand presence: Your logo, colours and story are seen on the shelf, door and table on which the bottle gets opened.
- Protection of bottle: Snug fit and correct insert that eliminates glass movement and breakage/return.
- Premium unboxing: The box that gets the first glimpse by the customer will give a customer an idea of what’s inside the wine.
- Gifting appeal: When someone is given a bottle in a nice box, it looks like it’s half unwrapped, and the box remains as a keepsake.
Even after the bottle is empty, a customized wine box can continue to serve its purpose, as people will use it for storing and displaying the bottles.
Types and Styles to Fit Your Bottle
Single-Bottle and Multi-Bottle Boxes
Single-bottle boxes are ideal for signature releases, gifts and retail shelves. Pairs, six packs and cases are better options for club shipments and bulk sales. Most often it is a standard 750 ml bottle, but we can get sizes around magnums, slim bottles and odd shapes etc. Custom bottle boxes can be used for any type of bottle, not just for wine, as spirits, sparkling beverages, and olive oil are all in the same bottle types.
Cardboard and Rigid Construction
Cardboard wine boxes are light weight, economical and strong enough to ship, particularly when fabricated using corrugated board with E-flute or B-flute. If you are looking for weight, structure, and hand luxury, you’ll want to select rigid boxes. Full size bottle boxes are available in our Custom Rigid Packaging range.
Window and Magnetic Closures
A window is provided for the customers to view the label without opening the box. A magnetic closure provides an elegant snap closure and creates the feeling of a worthy box to keep. They can be constructed on a solid foundation.
