- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company name, billing and shipping addresses, and order details when you request a quote, place an order, request a sample or contact us.
- Artwork and specifications: logos, designs, dimensions and other files you upload.
- Payment information: handled securely by our payment processors. We don’t store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you found our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare quotes and produce and ship your orders
- To contact you about your order, proofs and support requests
- To process payments and prevent fraud
- To send you updates and offers by email (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To improve our website and measure our advertising

Your Artwork
We use your artwork only to design, proof and produce your packaging, and share it only with the production partners making your order. We may photograph finished orders for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Production partners in the US and overseas who manufacture your order
- Shipping carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS) who deliver it
- Payment processors who handle your payment
- Service providers who host our website, send our emails, and provide analytics and advertising tools (such as Google)

Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies to keep our site working, remember your cart, understand how visitors use the site and measure our ads.
